Please refer to my earlier e-mail on the same subject.
I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 N7100 16 GB (White) - Upgrade Offer vide order no. 10510811 on 22 Aug 13 (Order details placed as attachment, please see). As per your own website, the item should have been received latest by 26 Aug 2013. Even taking into consideration the Janmastami holiday on 28 Aug, I should have received the order today, i.e. 29 Aug 2013. However I have not received it to date, although Tradus & DBM India are functioning from here at NCR, where I also am located.
DBM have told me that the item has been shipped by M/s First Flight Courier Services on 26 Aug 2013, and provided me a First Flight Courier tracking no. 4********, but this courier company has not updated the tracking details on its website. What is strange that whereas DBM says it gave the item to the courier on 26 Aug, you have listed on Tradus website that the item was handed over to the courier company on 23 Aug itself. At least one you is responsible for providing me with erroneous details.
Your website does not provide any helpline numbers, complaints can only be registered via your website. You may note that despite having escalated the issue and also having sent an email to you, I have not received any communication so far from you. Under the circumstances, I am now feeling quite unsatisfied with the way you have dealt with me as a customer. Considering that I and a large group of my friends regularly purchase online merchandise, you will have to consider that such dissatisfaction will impact your online firm adversely.
Lastly, the courier firm (which DBM says has been engaged by you, and that all of your orders are shipped by them only) used by you has also performed quite shabbily at least in this instance. I have been trying their landline numbers at Gurgaon (0124-3944444) and Nehru Place (011-30936666 & 011-39444444) regularly since the last three days, BUT THERE IS JUST NO ONE PICKING UP THE LINE!!! Given this lack of response at your end as well as from your courier, I am at my wit's end as to what's happened to my hard-earned money, and the item I expected you to deliver in good faith.
At the very least, if you are unable to process this deal, let me know, so that I can cancel the same and order the item from some other more efficient online trader. Please remember that a sum of almost Rs. 27,000/- has remained tied up quite unnecessarily due to the above circumstances.
