Tradus - I have not received the order for last one month

This is to bring into your notice that I have ordered a mobile (HTC ONE X 32 GB with 1.5 GHz Quad core processor) from Tradus.com via seller Bumper_Sales on 24th July 2013.
Tradus Order no.: 10096563 and sub_order no. 10096563_01.
But I received a different mobile (HTC ONE XL with 1.5 GHz dual core processor) that too in a packet of HTC ONE X on 2nd August 2013.

But the issue lies here, when I returned the product back to the seller as per his advice, then even after more than 2 weeks of the receipt of the product back, the seller has not dispatched the correct order. The product is received by seller on 7th August.

I am trying to follow up by sending more than a dozen mails to tradus since then but am getting no valid update. I am now fed up of following up with the tradus team, but no one is giving me any update on to when I would get my refund as they are not able to send the product.
