Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to below mentioned complaint, i would like to update that no acknowledgement had been provided to me so far either about my complaint or returning back my inverter.
On telephonic follow ups, i am told again that inverter will be returned tommorrow.(reference: telephonic assurance by Mr Anand on 18th may and by Mr Ravinder on 19th May) but of no use.
I would like you to understand the harrasments suffered at my end.
Would also like to document that failing to understand my needs and not replying by any modes inspite repeated follow ups entitles me to forward this matter through proper channel to legal departments for which i will apply for suitable compensation.

This is for informations and necessary actions at your end:
My Luminous inverter was not working on power cut times for which i lodged a complaint in last week of april 10.On following up for four consecutive days, my complaint was attended by some gentleman who repaired some part and charged me visit fees for RS 250/-.(slip no: 60106 dtd 30 apr 10 by Luminous power technologies, C-8 & C-9), Community centre , janak puri).
The very next day, inverter again broke down and again i was in follow up mode for complaint for which i was told that my inverter would be going to workshop at Mayapuri and would be returned in next 2 days after complete repair.
My inverter was picked up on 4 may 10 for taking to workshop and i was provided with pick up challan no 1137 dated 29th apr 10(back dated).
Now after 12 days, when ever i call at workshop, i am told that my inverter would be returned tommorrow.(Telephonic follow ups with pooja on 14th may,15th may and 17th may 10).
when today i asked them strongly i am told that my inverter had not yet been repaired and would require few more days.....no specific date.
I would like you to understand the gaps applying at your end where customer had been given wrong informations and the way complaints are casually attended.
Moreover mine is a out of warranty case which would have been given priority and attention as peak summer season had already set in.
Can i get any reversion from your end about my complaint and can i know whwn can i get my inverter back,
I srongly recommend if things are not solvable at your end, please return my unrepaired inverter back and i will follow it up at some local repair shop.

Thanks for the mail. I am given to understand that the inverter has been delivered & installed at your premises yesterday. Hope the issue is resolved. The inconvenience is regretted.
