Hi,
I bought a Luminous 1400 KVA Inverter with Luminous double Battery on 1st May 2011.
for 1st week it was running ok then suddenly it was stop charging batteries and the light on inverter went off for permanent.
We called customer care and an engineer came to my house and did some troubleshooting and light came on the inverter and it got start charging however since then whenever AC light come and inverter change automaticaly from DC to AC at that time lights for entire house get fluctuate and becouse of this for this 5scecong activity.. our equipments getting fused.. we have complaint regarding the same to the customer care but they are unable to resolve this.. as its fault of Inverter and its in warrenty period but unable to get the service from Luminous.
KInldy look into this request.. as we have been facing this critical issue.. which can be dangerous for us anytime.

Hi,
i understand you may find it little weird but i m helpless to ask you and share my problem with Luminous inverter .
I have luminous Solo N500 since 6 years... i have purchased an Exide Tall Tubular battery IT500.... i m facing a problem like appliances are dropping a drastic voltage across... if i turn on 1 fan its okay .. the moment i switch on 2nd fan .. the speed of both the fans reduces.... and the effect is cumulated... the battery is brand new ... i m in a fix and unable to find the reason for the problem .... battery gave me backup test of 5 hours on 4 fans....
Its requested if you are not the right man for this mail . please forward it to relevant department..
