Dear Sir,
I have applied for 2 times porting request from Idea to Airtel(both local Hyderabad) the 2 request have been rejected as Donor code mismatch. even after paid my post paid bill with extra amount.
I request you follow the case and find out why its rejected?

Cell No ********09,
Last UPC: IA391784 dated 27 Aug 2015

Airtel say that visit Airtel office and regenerate UPC and resubmit again.

I want to know whats the issue with my 2 requests and who's responsible for my delay of porting.

Complainant's Goal: who's responsible for my delay of porting, is it Idea or Airtel?
