I had a confirmed booking to Riyadh on date 26th March 2010 from Bombay with Flight number 9W524. When I reached the counter for boarding pass they said that all the seats are filled up. How is it possible. I had a confirmed booking with the same flight. I was forced to run here and there in the airport for getting help for about 2 hrs. No proper response. Some how I caught of your team member and she diverted me via Abu Dhabi where 4 hrs of transit waiting in the airport. My actual schedule time for reaching Riyadh was 9:30pm where as I reached at 5:00am which caused delay in my whole business trip

Complainant's Goal: I want the reason and to be paid compensation for making my trip delayed
