Jet Airways didn't allow for check-in and cancelled my flight ticked without any reason.
This is the bust Airline I have ever face till now.
I was travelling with Infant and booked 4 flight tickets in flight no. 9W-768, PNR HOJTQJ for 11th Dec 2017 from Delhi to Hyderabad.
Due to rain and heavy traffic I reached to the check-in counter around 1 hour before and ask to the executive for check-in , the executive hold me for a while and said wait for your turn even those I informed him my flight timing as 9 PM. But he did’t assist me and added delay for check-in.
And when my turn came, he said you are late 5 min and sent me supervisor counter.
When I reached to supervisor counter and got my turn to talk to her, she told me you are too late and I can’t do anything for you.
And she sent me booking counter where I get to know that fight was already full and they cancelled my ticket with reason “late entry “and told me sorry.
1) I think this is new business policy of this Airline to cheat the customer and get extra money for the same seat.
2) Staff completely villager, having no manners how to talk with costumer.
3) I try to complaint regarding this using customer care number, but there is no result.
The executive said sorry sir, I can understand problem but can’t help you for refund and all.
When I asked to executive to transfer my call to senior person they said all are busy and given me the email id guestrelations@jetairways.com for complaint but no result.
4) There is no facility for the family who travel with kid and infant.
5) I think government should take the proper action against this airline and fine as much possible so they can learn the lesson and close this shop permanently.
So I am requesting you to all please think thousand times before taking any kind of services of Jet Airways.
