Lenovo India - Poor Product And Service

I Joydeep Roy had bought a Lenovo laptop on December 2006, the serial number is L3CT114 and model number is 0768A34 but unfortunately the product didn’t work as per my expectation.

Immediately after I started using the machine, it started getting heated up. I logged a complaint for the same. An engineer came in, replaced the fan and left. Keeping faith on the IBM brand I thought now there wouldn’t be any issues and the laptop would have no other complaints.

But within few days again the machine started giving the problem. I called up the customer care asked for the replacement of the machine. They sent an engineer changed the motherboard, and convinced me that this would be the last time I would have complaints.

Since then I have constantly getting some or the other problem with the machine and still haven’t got the permanent solution to the problem.

Few days back I had given the machine for servicing, when I got back the machine the processor was been replaced. I again logged a complaint for it. They again apologized and got my earlier processor.

When I received it back, there were lots of scratches and also a crack on the body. I complained to the service center Incharge Gursimran for the same but still there isn’t any engineer whose come to service it.

Now 3 days back my laptop is not getting charged. This time I spoke to the main office at Bangalore had a word with Smita and Balu told them the entire history. They promised that they would get back to me about the replacement of the machine, and till then would send an engineer to get my laptop fixed up. Unfortunately, they haven’t got back to me still. I received a call from Gursimran that he would send the engineer but still haven’t sent any.

I am really harassed now. I had spent my hard earned money keeping in mind the brand name of IBM. But I neither got proper product nor good services even after investing Rs. 55,000.

Now the Only option I could see is to come to you to get my hard earned money back from the company.
