I bought a laptop of Lenovo Ideapad U410 on 25th jan.2013 and the same's hard disc was failed on 16th March'2013, accordingly I submitted the same to the firm either for repairing or issue of a brand new laptop of same type. However I am yet to get.Therefore,I am not satisfied with your product and service of the service centre i.e.Service Coordinator

Absoultely true. I bought a Lenovo G 580 in Oct/Nov 2012 and later after few months noticed a vertical line in the center of the screen. After many emails (to which I never received a single reply) I had the new LCD for replacement but it was detected as faulty with a dead pixel. Again after 10 days another LCD was sent and the same problem of dead pixel. My brand new laptop has been opened twice and the issue is not yet resolved. I feel very frustrated and sorry too that I purchased a Lenovo. I now atleast expect the company to replace the laptop. What a waste of my hard earned money.
