Lenovo India - Not Satisfied with the After Sales Service of Lenovo

I bought a Lenovo laptop computer G450 from M/s Spectrum Trade & Communication Centre, Guwahati, Assam on 18/06/2010.
On 19 th Sept, 2010 my laptop became very slow so I took that to their Guwahati service centre M/s S. D Infotech, Guwahati on 20th but the online complaint registration was done on 27th as informed to me by the service centre. The Complaint number is 42******** dtd 27/09/2010. The Hard Disk Drive is crashed and they have asked for a replacement of the same on 27th of Sept. But Till now M/s S. D Infotech have not Replaced the same and they are least concerned to inform me the reason for the delay. I would like to inform you that I am not at all satisfied with the service Lenovo is providing.

Please take this a complaint against Lenovo for not rectifying the problem of my Laptop. I urge if you could help me out anyway . I would be grateful to you all. Awaiting an early response from your end.

i brought my lenovo laptop on 11th august 2012.bt laptop backspace key was nt working rightly.it was running autometically...
