Greetings..
I bought Samsung mobile Primo (Model no – 5610) on dated:- 13-Feb-2014. Within around 15 days my phone becomes faulty as not detecting SIM(It suppose not to be happen in 15 days only. I surprised).
I kept the phone two times in service center for same issue.
Also logged complain 3 times in customer care.
Also I have changed the SIM on request of service center(spent 100/- Rs) in spite of same SIM working fine in other handsets.
But still same issue is not resolved, phone not detecting the SIM and now again Service center manager & Customer care both are asking me to keep phone at service center 3rd time in spite of commitment of permanent resolution in second time.
Just tell me what is the advantage to bought the new phone if its kept by service center more time than me??? That too only in 15 days of purchase.
Request you to support me in this regard. Now I don’t want to keep phone again in service center as I have not purchased it for R&D, purchased for use which I am unable to use till date.
