Dear sir/Madam,
I am Kiran kumar D, residing at 9-59, Thalla Subbanna Colony cross2, Mothy Nagar, Madanapalle - 517325.
Initially I had a two-wheeler driving license (No. AP203201********) and last year I applied for 4 wheeler license. I passed the test and on online the status of the driving license card shows as dispatched.
Where as I checked the local post office and found not yet received.
I enquired in RTO office and they demanded Rs.550 for new card to be printed.
Kindly do the needful.
