I have purchased BB 9900 in July12 and it is troubling me after 2-3 months of purchase.I have contacted with Blackberry service also they have refreshed my mobile but it is trubling again and some other problem arose.Kindly look into the matter and get my mobile replaced to avoid any legal proecss
