Actually i recharge on 27 of 500 rs bsnl to bsnl free. They message me but not write that your validity is end. And next day my incoming and outgoing was stop. I am contact to bsnl customer care no. but from there no satisfaction. he says that your 500 rs is waste. I want that my 500 rs will use if i will do recherge for validity still from the purchesing of sim it has only 8-9 months only so how can my validity is end i need help please do something. Still i recherged with rs 50 and get talk approx. 1 hour. my balance is not deduct. than again suddenly outgoing stop. how it can be possible.
