I had booked a led tv from www.Timtara.Com on 06 jun12. Reference no is order #10267424 order date: 06-06-2012 recipient: shambhu rai this order is marked as payment refund pending your order contains the following items: 1 X samsung 32" hd led 32eh4000 tv I was told tv will be delivered shortly as 15 jun was my parents anniversary. Later on 18 jun 12 I was told the product delivery will take some more tym. I requested them to do hasten it up. But instead of hastening it up they cancelled my order on 29 jun 12 without giving me any prior intimation and without my consent. Sir they are not refunding my money now. Its rs 27000/- Which is a huge amount for me. I call them daily to know the status of my refund they are not giving me nay reply. I mail them almost daily they are not responding to the mails also. They have mentioned on their site that money of cancelled order is refunded within 7-10 working days.This is creating mental pressure on me and I am unable to concentrate on my job also. Sir, plz do needful and help me get me my money back. I will be grateful to you
