My Order Cost : Rs, 15,950/-
My Order Payment : Paid Through my HDFC Credit card on (03-06-2012)
I bought the Above Said Product from timtara.com on online on 03-06-2012
as per their Delivery schedule, the Product should delivery with in 10-15 Working days.
Based on their one email Request after 15 Working days I Understand That I Need to Waite for 7 more working days this is already 34 Days over Still Product is not Delivered,
Though I communicate several times Through E-Mails / SMS Phone Requests / Customer Support Phone calls, No E-mail replies / No SMS Reply Details about the delivery schedules / Irresponsible Phone Call reply’s from the Customer Support I faced
Then I submitted my online Complaint to legal Consumer forms (around 7 Sites )
Then after I luckily got Received 2nd Email from them by Asking 4 more working days need to delivery this Product, by the time I keep quite, Finally I Got the Parcel on 14-7-2012 means this is my 42 Days from my Order Placement
(31st. Day Excluding Sat & Sunday) Finally I opened the Parcel Then I understand I have received wrong Product,
Finally I decided to Complaint once again on the timtara.com staff Irresponsibility & Irrespective of Product Delivery,
also Irresponsible behavior and also I am Asking them compensation for Wasting my Valuable Office Timings for 42 days / Holding my money for 42 days Still I haven’t received the Order Product (I have Ordered Grey color Product, They send me
white color product Witch is Worst & Cheep look, no body buy white color in Open market)
For this I am looking Proper Experience Legal Opinion Professional who can understand & Guide us guide lines for Proceedings,
How to Approach for this kind Online Shopping Issues to Tell lesion for this kind of e commerce co. have come in the Indian Market to Trap innocent Customers like me

My Suggestions to Mew customers:
A) If you Place an Order you need to Prepare for minimum 20 +days (sat & Sunday they will not conceder)
B) Though 15 Working days over the may ask you 5-7 Working days after that also ask you 3-4 Working days
It depends on their conditions Only (they least bother your conditions)
C) Please don't expect any reply’s / communications from the Staff of timtara during above your Order Period by E-mails (customerfirst@timtara.com / info@timtara.com / cco@timtara.com / mamta@timtara.com)

D) with this kind of Nonsense If you Complaint through Consumer forms Some time they may, may not reply also,
Even they Reply you by Simple E-Mail they will Still Expect more time to delivery your Product,
Saying that product out of Stock or Hugh Demand, I you don’t Waite then we will refund the Money, Witch is Again 2 to 5 Weeks Time taking thing
E) Some time they may delivery the Product witch is readily / cheaply available in the market They least bother What customer actually Ordered for
F) by the time the Product reaches your Place
You louse almost everything of your Interest of buying new Product / your Valuable Time lose /you may un happy of receiving Wrong Product
Out of all this Headaches you have only one Normal Happy that you got something from seller witch you placed an order through online (Witch is Little Discounted rate Product) by the Time you will be shy to Share this your Troubles to Others Buyers.

I have also experienced same with Timtara. I have bought Canon Powershot SX150. Placed an order on 5th March and received on 3rd April. I was lucky that I got right product after so many calls, emails. I have slight idea why they do these practices, they don't pay money to their suppliers and that's why suppliers don't ship orders before getting their pending payments. I am also a vendor on Timtara and my payment is due from Feb 12. I have many orders pending with me but I am unable to ship those orders before getting my pending payment. I am writing to CCO for 3 months, calling them but as usual they are not responding.
