Railway parcel Service - Parcel not delivered

Dear sir,
I am in great stress because i am not able to know about the status of my luggage. I boarded Sarvodya Express (train no.-12476) from Ambala Cantt on 10/01/2011 and booked my motor cycle on a luggage ticket with reciept no.-985247 to Ahmedabad. I was told that my bike would be loaded in the train and it was also told that it was guaranteed since i got a pink coloured receipt. When i reached Ahmedabad i was surprised to find that my bike was not there. In order to know about the status i logged on to http://www.parcel.indianrail.gov.in/ but i couldn't find answer to my query. Kindly tell me the procedure to know about the status of my luggage. I would be greatly oblidged.My PNR no. is 2114628618. Thanking you.

Destination : Mangalore main junction.

No of boxes : 3 cartons(Printed labels).

Consignee : SRI SIDDHI FREEZERS & EXPORTERS PVT LTD.

We have not received till date & enquired in Mangalore Kankanady Junction, they say it is not traceable.

Kindly trace it immediately as this is meant for export cargo worth Rs 50 Lacs.

No of boxes : 3 cartons(Printed labels).

Kindly update us immediately.

Sub: Enquiry about Non
delivery of Parcel.
Respected Sir,
With respect to the above mentioned subject I request you to enquire
about non delivery of a parcel which was booked from DLI to PNBE
on 14 ,04,2012 Sir many times we enquired at Railway
station parcel office, but the officer on duty replied saying that
they have not received any such consignment till date. Please do
enquire about the non delivery of parcel and take necessary steps to
the trace out the location of the parcel. Sir, it is very sad to say
that Indian Railways are not giving proper response to their
customers. If a parcel takes more than 10 days to reach the
destination then what kind of service are the railways giving us. I
hope you will look into the matter seriously and try to trace the
exact location of the parcel. A duplicate copy of the document is also
attached for your reference.
