I am in great stress because i am not able to know about the status of my luggage. I boarded Sarvodya Express (train no.-12476) from Ambala Cantt on 10/01/2011 and booked my motor cycle on a luggage ticket with reciept no.-985247 to Ahmedabad. I was told that my bike would be loaded in the train and it was also told that it was guaranteed since i got a pink coloured receipt. When i reached Ahmedabad i was surprised to find that my bike was not there. In order to know about the status i logged on to http://www.parcel.indianrail.gov.in/ but i couldn't find answer to my query. Kindly tell me the procedure to know about the status of my luggage. I would be greatly oblidged.My PNR no. is 2114628618. Thanking you.

Sir I HV booked my pulsar150DTS-SI bike from brc to delivered at bmki on 10/06/16 at 10:53 but now from. 10 to 19 I didn't get my bike I m getting worried because there is some urgent works at my home and railway is very lazy about these systems and I think not a single person is responsible and do their work properly they ask me that within 3 days u willrcv ur parcel..but here Is nothing go rcv..so plzz solve my solution and call me on 0********65

Plzzz my parcel in....
I had sent my bike from pune to Vasco goa on 02.11.2013 the bike was loaded on 03.11.2013 but for reasons unknown the bike was downloaded at Miraj . Till date the bike has not been loaded back to the final destination the Receipt no is 633570.
We had booked Parcel from New Delhi to Bhopa Jan vide Railway receipt No. A-2916941 on 1-4-2013
We regrat to inform you that parcel is still not reached at Bhopal Jan.

I had sent my parcel, on 3rd of Feb 2012 from Jalna to Ludhiana. The reciept no of the parcel is 675398, booked in the name of Muley.S.C.. The parcel was loaded in front SLR on date 05/02/2012
Today it has been more than four momths and still our parcel is not being delivered. When we are trying to contact the Jalna parcel office,they are telling that thay have sent the parcel to Ludhiana and when we are trying to contact Ludhiana office, they told us to contact Amrutsar office, as the parcel may have been delivered to the Amrutsar office.And Amrutsar office is telling that they haven't recieved any parcel.
We are in a fix as to what to do. And these parcel offices are playing a blame game and at the end, we have to suffer. We are in the urgent need of the parcel but railway people are showing their indifferent attitude. As a customer, its very annoying, as I'm Not able to trace my parcel and even no body is guiding as a to what to do.
Its really an evidence of utter negligence on the part of railway administration and I have suffered a lot. If possible i want to lodge a complaint against parcel service of Indian Railways and i request you to please do the needful.

I booked 3 pkgs on 07/01/2017 from HYB to SA Jn vide PRR NO.2003789891. Same have been loaded and sent in Sabari express No,17230, on 08/01/2017 from Hyderabad Deccan as per SMS received by me. Accordingly, same pkgs required to unload in SA Jn on 09/01/2017. But since now, these have not unloaded from train as verified from the parcel office SA Jn. Please deliver same at the earliest. Also avoid to harass the customers.
