We are residing at 29-05-26,lalitha colony,Gollalapalem,Dabagardens,Visakhapatnam-20.pole number 127/B/1 High voltage transformer number SS 127/A and SS 127/B.Your office staff have declared open about shifting of present high voltage transformer situated 15 years back in 30 feet municipal road and one 4 storeyed building is 20 feet distance away from the existing transformer. We are residing next to this house and there are only our two houses in this lane/row. If the high voltage transformer is shifted as per your field staff measurements,we will be highly exposed and put to irreparable loss and injury as the proposed move will be 3 feet from our house instead of present 20 feet from both the houses. Our reasonable objections in this matter are 1) What is the motive behind APEPDCL people to shift the present high voltage transformer to 20 feet further in the same lane especially after a separate in house mini transformer was fixed 15 days back in the 4 storeyed building. 2) Huge amount of bribery by officials is foreseen behind this ulterior move which is of no use to any one except putting us to inconvenience besides additional burden on govt. exchequer. 3) It is gathered that 15 years back hon' ble court of Visakhapatnam has already given a verdict that the said high voltage transformer should be stationed there only. We are now applying for previous records since inception of this high voltage transformer under RTI ACT. 4) The proposed shifting place for high voltage transformer was not vacant since 30 years as a chakalibaddi was setup on the 30 feet municipal road. With utmost difficulty following a complaint to GVMC, Visakhaptnam, this chakalibaddi was removed only 15 days back and before we started relaxing, this unwanted proposal came up. 5) What made the APEPDCL officials keep quite for the last 15 years just because an unauthorised chakalibaddi occupied the 30 feet municipal road,which is exactly the place of proposed high voltage transformer . We reiterate that the present high voltage transformer is not at all inconvenient to any one in the 30 feet road. The very move of proposed high voltage transformer will only create unrest damage and inconvenience. We request once again in the intrest if one and all to drop the ill motivated move of high voltage transformer immediately,failing which we shall be constrained to knock the legal door.
