Dear Sir,

My name is Venkataramana. I would like to complaint against APCPDCL on behalf of my friend Mr. Sthi Babu regarding a billing issue.
My friend Sathi Babu resides @ "H.NO.36, Rd No.4, SreeKrishna Nagar, Green Park Colony, Kothapet, Hyderabad- 500035".
The electricty connection details are as below:

K.MUTHANNA (Mother-in-law).

AC 1272
SERVICE No. 1272 10821

Recently he had applied for a new meter by paying Rs.1,000/- towards the same. He got the new Digital meter fixed at his home.The bill generated for the 1st month is Rs.243/-. But Surprisingly, the next bill is generated for Rs.1,702/- as we do not have any high electricity consuming goods in their residence.They were worried that what would be the problem & enquired the same with the billing person for which he replied to raise a complaint at Electricity office by paying Rs.100/-.
Therefore, I request you to kindly let us know how to proceed further to resolve this issue ASAP without any problem.
Looking forward for the desired needful from your end at the earliest.
