Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am customer with USC No.: 101501924, ERO: 315/ Jeedimetla, opting to complain regarding the erroneous billing done for the month of June and July, 2013. The readings as per the meter were not taken into account; resulting in a higher billing amount. The tariff applied was even not adequate. As i moved to the sub-station to complain, i was welcomed with an irresponsible and poor response from the officials located near ALEAP-Pragathinagar.

power bill for august month i got 2018 rupees , where as for every month i use to get max 600 , now it is higher the side , and we never got such bill amount , please check the same and provide the resolution for the same
