1.We are having group account & having 9 nos. in this group our director's mobile no. is also included in this group account.
From 23rd Jan. 2011 his mobile’s outgoing facility is disconnected. We have not received any prior intimation or any call form Idea Cellular. When we contact idea customer care representative he told me to submit Id proof & Address proof to continue the service.
2.We have also not received our monthly bill before due date.
Complainant's Goal: We want prior intimation before disconnecting the mobile.Monthly bill before due
