I purchased an ICON G4 mopile phone (and commi8tted a big mistake) after seeing an advertisement in a news paper (which i will never do again) and believing the same (unfortunately) and paid entire amount through my credit card on 31.01.2011.
The product was duly received on 04.02.2011 and being not in working order, was promptly sent back to you on 08.02.2011, the receipt of which at your end was confirmation by me on telephone on 16.02.2011.
Since that time, almost three months now, even after making innumerable enquiries till now, i am still waiting for the product to receive back, but every time i get back the stereotype answer from your call centre that you will receive the product at your address within next 5 to 7 days from now.

FOR NONE OF MY FAULT (ofcourse barring one of putting faith in a company like yours), I AM BEING MADE TO SUFFER FOR EXTREME DEFECIENCY IN SERVICES ON YOUR PART.
KINDLY TAKE UP THE MATTER SERIOUSLY AND REFUND THE MONEY AS ASKED ABOVE, FORTHWITH, WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY.
