This is with regard to my yearly maintenance contract with Eureka Forbes, (Contract No{ receipt No } 1021893679 AMC dated 17.3.2013, (customer code 1010119498).
The same has not been serviced by your company, in spite of repeated calls to your helpline

When asked why the servicing has not been done till date and in spite of repeated promises from your customer care centre, that a senior manager will call back, I have still not received any call from your side.
If this is the quality of our service, then I would like my contract terminated and a refund of the money paid by me, Rs. 7630/-( Rupees Seven thousand, six hundred and thirty only) towards the AMC.
Given to believe that your company boasts on its "QUALITY" and its "caring for society at large" in its website, it would make sense to ask it to change the website to "caring for its customers FIRST" instead!!
Hoping for at least a call back from your side on the issue.
