I am having I-NOVA water purifier purchased from Eureka Forbes. I am having service contract for the maintenace of the abover water purifier. The customer Code No. is 1003363793. The present contract was for two years from 17-01-09 to 16-01-11. For the last more than two weeks, the water supplied by BMC was yellow in colour. The BMC had clarified tha t the water contained mud. The City Doctors indicated that the water supplied my cause diseases and suggested that residents should drink boiled water. In view of the impurity of the water I requested the service provider on 14- 01-2011 (with in the contract period) to get the candles etc of purifier cleaned so that we could get near to boiled water. Surely the candles would have been laced with mud and needed cleaning , partilucarly after the qualty of water supplied by BMC had improved. The technician who vbisited our house on the same day, however, refused the clean the candles etc. I lodged a complaint with the service provider by e-mail - serviceamcmum@eurekaforbes.com on 15-01-2011, but till date I have not received ant response.

There are several details you need to consider before purchasing a water purifier,
and this is really very sad that you are dissatisfied with your contract.
Maybe you need to read the fine print of your contract.
