Hi.

Over 3 months ago, I raised a request with Surat Area Manager (Mr. Chandrashekhar Khaware) to return the original documents of my house and cleared all outstanding dues for this purpose. Despite multiple phone calls, emails and personal visits to the office, I have neither received a satisfactory reply nor have my documents been returned to me.

I require these documents to be able to transfer my loan to Axis Bank. If this does not happen, my monthly installment to the developer will go unpaid and my house may be seized. It is not clear to me whether the LIC officials have demands that I must fulfill in order to get back my documents that I have full rights on. It is a huge investment for me to constantly chase them to absolutely no effect.

Please help me get my documents.
