I had opted for fixed interest rate for 2 year and then the fluctuating as per the market one. I have completed fixed term of interest in month of September 2016 still have been charged for the same. At the end of 2 years, without even informing this to me they have increased my interest.
When contacted by me i have been informed that to change the interest amount of 1150 is required along with some documentation.
I have completed the formality still being charged of high interest, escalated through email "No RESPONSE'.
No prior intimation was given!
At the time of proposal this caveat was not explained at all.
No intimation through call, email, sms or post was sent.

Can you help me with this.
