Dear Sir,
I nearly purchase a sim on your network for uses of 3g but its not sound good to inform you that there is no network coverage in my area of uses,I clearly ask the retailer regards the services of network in my network area on the purchasing of sim and he just conform me for good network but result as i suffer, due to network problems ,i also connect to your customer care through voice call he check the nearby area and inform that there all is well but still here is no use of your services in my area and i recently rechage the same no.********18 with 3g services but still its working on 2g edge configuration even i have selected the 3 g network in my mobile setting and there is a comformation message from your side for the 3g activation. and network dropping in every minute and very low network for basic uses of calls and msgs.please do need ful ,i hope a better service and long term services from your side, please resolve the issue as soon as possible and please provide simple and straight servics help for activation and deactivation.
