AIRCEL - My number disconnected

I was using a AIRCEL number from past 5years and on 29th of Jan 2014 it has been disconnected due to some issue. I have visited Aircel outlet as well Head office also but i have not got any specific response from them. Finally they have requested me to go for new number and my old number will not be activated at any cost. Since my number has spread all over India and now it's very important to me for my official use.

Complainant's Goal: My permanent Aircel Number has been disconnected by aircel company.
