I have submitted all the documents to their satisfaction while obtaining new SIM card for my mobile. After satisfying themselves about the correctness of documents, the service was activated after 48 hours. Now the mobile service is kept on hold saying documents are not submitted. Thier customer care personnel were not at all bothering to the complaint when I called up their customer care number ********45 today i.e. on 25th Oct 2011 at 9.15 PM. I was kept on hold for nearly 40 minutes by three persons of the department First by Mr. Phani, then by Mr. Abhiram and finally by their higher officer Mr. Prasad. Mr. Abhiram is hopeless and Mr. Prasad being the next higher in grade is also hopeless. Mr abhiram went a step ahead and said that O.K. you can complain to TRAI. He was so careless. Idea Cellular is taking the customers for a ride and their executives too also like that while handling the complaints.
If the documents are not in order, why did they activated the SIM after 48 hours. And they should give advance information before holding the calls.
