This is Dilip Kumar, mobile no:********98. Am the customer of idea past 4 months, your service was awesome but am having small complaints. If you solve these complaints am very happy be with you.
1. Past few days (approximately 25days) am not getting delivery reports from some numbers, those are mainly of idea and airtel numbers. For this issue i called to 198 couple of times but they are always saying that change sms message center number and restart the phone am not satisfied these answers because if the problem is in my side i wont get any delivery report from any numbers. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
2. Am not getting any message from idea that are related to customer service like usage of data balance, sms charge ifo like.
3. And am the customer registered in DND. but am getting messages from so many numbers like, for this issue i given complaints few times but until its not solved.
Please solve these issues as soon as possible, otherwise i'll look for other operator. Even though your the best service provide in AP. Am very happy if you solve these issues as soon as possible.
