sir,
I'm travelling from Sicundarabad (haiderabad), andhra pradesh to h.nizzamuddin, n.delhi on 24/02/2011 via doranto express in s2 coach at seat no. 32 with our group. we booked our dinner and lunch. the food provided by the cattering is cold and water was not supplied to us. they sold the water to us at the price of rs. 10.00. I asked about complaint box but they havn't provided. Please , took neccesary action against them.
