Order no IN0412100173 dated 04.12.10 is showing ready to ship It was supposed to be delivered no 11.12.10.
Your reply to my earlier query vide Ticket No. CNT121********5348 dated 12.12.10 was:
"The item is currently out of stock with the supplier and the same will be shipped in 10 days time. Kindly bear with us till then.
Kindly intimate when I will get this item and take necessary action for early delivery."
Another query vide Ticket no. CNT102443340117164 dated 23.12.10 and no. CNT201********8887 dated 03/01/11 are still unanswered and open.
I am still waiting for delivery of this product.
If the selected product ie "Magic Bullet 21 Pieces" is out of stock please provide me an opportunity to select another product as replacement or refund my money.
Please do the needful at the earliest.I am waiting for your reply>

I support this complaint.
This is the worst shopping site that i have ever bought a product from the product was faulty and i have reised the complaint 8 times and tried to mail them back on their support email address but no response they have no moral values such sites should be irradiated ,they are very greedy and provide no services
