हम RATTAN VIHAR KIRARI MCD WARD -35 DELHI-110086 माकन नंबर 1/82 DORI LAL SHARMA AND SANJAY KUMAR 1/22 और 1/71 RAJU VARMA 1/71A ASHA VARMA 1/23 KAMALUDIN KHAN मैं रहते है यहL अवैध तरीके से COMMERCIL FACTORY तथा POLLUTION CAMICAL FACTORY कि चल रहा है, जोकि FACTORY NO. 1/64 1/70 1/72 1/74 1/86 1/11 जो कि रिहाइशी इलाके मैं नहीं चलाया जा सकता, FACTORY मैं काम करने वाले करमचारी झुंड बना के रस्ते मैं खड़े रहते है और सिगरेट पीते रहते है जिससे कि वहा रहने वाले लोगो को आने जाने मै परेशानी होती है, FACTORY मैं काम करने वाले कर्म्चारिओ के वाहन भी रस्ते मैं खड़े रहते है तथा आये दिन सामान लेकर ट्रक आता जाता रहता है जिससे शोर शराबा तथा रास्ता बंद हो जाता है, आपसे निवेदन है कि इस ऑफिस को जल्द से जल्द बंद करवा दिया जाये

It is to draw for your kind attention and favorable action. We the Residents of Street No. 1/73 1/75 1/64 1/87 Rattan Vihar Kirari Suleman Nagar , New Delhi – 110086 hereby registering a complaint against unauthorized polluted unit/factory in our neighborhood.

The above said factory unit is highly polluted creating loud noise while making the tofees which is hazardous to the health of my family. Further, due to loud sound and sound of the machines the walls of our house have cracked at number of places. These cracks have been repaired by us a number of times but of no use as the vibrations are creating new cracks due to which the building of our home is becoming more weak day by day. Sir, I am a retired person and also adding that my wife is a Heart Patient and I am suffering from High Blood Pressure due to above mentioned factory and its noise pollution.
As your honored self known that, Hon’ble Supreme Court has already passed a direction to the competent authorities for not to functioning/stopped/shift/closed down the hazardous/heavy factories in/from the residential areas which are creating pollution/problems to the surrounding people but after that, the above mentioned factory owner is running his factory unit freely without any coercion of law.
Sir, kindly note that this factory unit has no any factory licence and fooding item licence from any legal authority.
In the light of above circumstances, it is my humble request to you to save me and my family members’ lives and property from this hazardous factory unit and passed or take the immediate action to SEAL THE FACTORY UNIT on the said premises.

You will be obliged and your prompt action will highly be appreciated.

Hi, I am staying at krishan Vihar Near Budh Vihar 110086, this is a resedential area however there are people who are running garbage business in this area which is creating lot of problems in our area. there is lot of noise n air pollution because of this issue. So please take necessary action ASAP.

I am living in Rajkot.Last few day near by house every contruction work continues in night time.this is fully residental area.They are disturbibg lot please not our complain our address is Jamnagar highway, near nageshwar parshwnath temple.I wants to complaint against builder

My house is surrounded by religious buildings.They use Loud speaker and musical instrument very high every day for the prayer. We have reuested them politely to reduce the Loud speaker and music instrument sound. However they are not keen in listening our request and continue with their act. The many houses surrounding here are suffering especially these days when final exams of are going on. Plz take some action to restrict the use of ludspeakers and musical intrument, with immediate effect.

Is there any restrictions on continuing the Jagran after 10 P.M. to 7. A.M. If so, there should be an announcement or issued a order by the local authority in the areas on every monthly basis regarding sound pollution.

I support this complaint.
