I had paid you amount of Rs. 50550/- against order of LG 42LM6410 LED 42 inches Full HD 3D Television
HOM/ELE/LG /37940 on 24 Aug 2013 to kaunsa.com (Mify Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Noida) Ticket No is : Kaun/T159489/30Q7RP5RHF via Ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd Payment Gateway.

When I was called after two days they told me, we will delivered the TV with in 10-12 days. I was wait for twenty days.
and kaunsa.com has been failed to supply the TV.

I was called & email them daily to refund the same amount. They told me "according to our policy we can only provide you cash voucher which has a lifetime validity of the full amount which you had paid to us through which you can purchase any other product from us." I was repeatedly told them at the time of booking no clauses was mentioned.

I was visited to their office at Noida on 26th Sept 2013 and I felt that Company is bogus. I met to Mr. Rajeev Sharma (may he told me fake name) he told me we will process your refund with in 7-10 working days and I received a mail on same day.

Till date I have not received the same refund. I have called them daily, I listen their replies foolishly.

Now kaunsa.com has told me your refund is in process and we had sent a request to PayU on 1st Oct 2013 and PayU ID is 39522607.

Till date not get refund.

I am hereby giving you last and final notice. I will file a case on Consumer Court/Forum and also on PayU that why they are providing Payment Gateway Services to such types of fraudulent Company like Kaunsa.com.
