We have taken paid membership (for Tech-Vidhya) on justdial two months back through Mr. Amrendra (********78) and his Boss Rahul Kumar (********61) . At the time of membership they (Both the guys) have made a promise to create 20 keywords for our company listing. but even after two months they have not created keywords. now they are charging twice a month from our account through ECS. We already have raised the request several times to stop ECS and remove our listing. No response from their end.

they have charged on 2nd of Sep and now on 18th of Sep both transaction if of about 2800/-.

Should i have to move to consumer court or you Just dial guys are going to return our payment.
