Just Dial Pvt Ltd - Justdial cheating the customers by certifying the fraud business

I have contacted Geyser repair service through just dial in the morning as they are Just dial guarantee business.

this is the just dial link on the business with the guarantee seal.

They came to repair the geyser in the afternoon and took 600 to repair as my geyser is leaking.

Geyser started leaking again in the evening, i tried to call the business they are not visiting and postponing and not responding properly, some times they don't lift the call, some times they told they will come but did not show up, some times they will cut the call while talking.

Just dial is encouraging these cheaters by guaranteeing them and advising these cheat businesses.

Just dial should have taken money from these cheaters to support their cheating business, please do not believe just dial as they are guaranteeing just by taking the money.

Complainant's Goal: to make people aware that just dial supports cheat by taking money.

Any fraud person can pay money to justdial and start getting leads. They auction their leads.Any highest bidder even if he is not having infrastructure he will get guarantee seal by just dial. Be careful while calling just dial .It is a cheat company run for frauds

I support this complaint, as i alsp faced prob regarding bik showroom in chennai.wen i called for erohonda showroom i got a reply of sk bikes , t.nagar. i bought a KARIZMa which cost 84 k for 90 k there one year back and till now they have not ginen extra fittings but they taken extra money also for that. just dial is suopporting such cheating & fraud shops. dont belive just dial
