Recently, I was looking to buy a shirt for my husband. Wanted to give him a surprise on his birthday.
I had browsed through various e-commerce portals earlier. I had tried out Shoppers stop, Home-shop 18 etc.
This time tried Jabong.
I heard lot about them. They have a good collection of men’s wear. Hence ordered a Reid& Taylor shirt.
I was impressed when the shirt was delivered in a considerably lesser time.(they have a in-house courier service working 7 days a week). The order no. was : 120531********6
But the shock was yet to come.
Thankfully, before making the payment (chose cash on delivery), I opened the parcel to check it.
The shirt was stuffed in a small box. The collar and sleeves all crushed.
I returned the parcel.
Till now, no call from Jabong regarding as to why the customer returned the shirt.
I think Jabong should get back to their dissatisfied customers and try to fix the issue. I went back to my old reliable e-commerce portal to get two shirts.
Overall, I wasted lot of time in all this. So next time before trying any new site I will think twice.
