Dear Sir,

I have ordered two Airconditioners(Hitachi make) from Naaptol.com.

My Order details are below in the Annexure-1.

After taking the order they have promised me to deliver the same on 7 days.

I have done the payment from my Credit card.

But after following them up for 2 days they are saying me that they can not deliver these goods to me.

I am raising the complaint in your forum as i have done the payment and these AC's were required for a very special function at my house.

Their denial for my order has caused me loss of time and money.

They have not only taken money from my Credit card but also they have taken the details of my Credit card.

I am really suspecting them that they can use this information for some unauthorised transactions.

I am raising a complaint in your forum on following points:-

1)False promises to customer for the delivery of Material which has caused mental torture to me and my family.

2)They have not returned my money which they have charged me for this transaction.
