SIR....I ordered a SONY SPEAKER SYSTEM to infibeam which sell price is RS-2188/about that order no is 8676577 on 01.03.2012.Mistakenly I paid that amount to INFIBEAM through VISA CARD & the amount has debited by HDFC BANK.because that product was already purchased by me on 29.02.2012 bu same VISA CARD.I stopped the order which I ordered 2nd time & paid by VISA through a mail to confirm INFIBEAM.Next I mail to infibeam again again to refund my 2nd time paid amont RS-2188/ which I paid ti INFIBEAM by mistake.They are confirmed me that 7-8 days they are return my aforesaid paid amount into my bank account.But till date no return has been made by them.I just want to know which is the reason & where is my money......HDFC bank has debited that amount.So that my earnest request please arrange to return back my paid amount into my bank account as early as possible...........

Please arrange & return back that amount as early as possible.Till date no step is taken,just a phone call came to company's end(INFIBEAM).I further request please do the needful action as early as possible.
