As per the given details below, I booked 3 tickets for AVATAR 3D Movie in online on 30th Dec\'09. The show details are given below. Just before 2hrs of the show starting, they informed us the show is cancelled due to some Technical reasons.
When I enquired regarding my money, they informed us that it will be credited into my account in 3 days. But the amount is not credited till now.
I mailed them several times and they are not responding at all.

Introducing an alternate way to get movie tickets at the cinema. Kiosks set up at INOX Cinemas (Hyderabad - 3rd Floor Box Office) will help you print your own tickets.
Just enter your CONFIRMATION NO and TICKET GENERATION NUMBER at INOX kiosk and have your tickets printed.

Hi , i am from hyderabad...just few mints before i was booking tickets for ghost rider in inox GVK and the payment was deducted from my account but got an Runtime error & no conformation of email .
Please let me know whats the procedure of refund of my amount.
