I tried to book 2 tickets on Wednesday, 6th Jan for the movie Avatar for Sunday 10th Jan at INOX Jayanagar, Bangalore. While I confirmed the booking using my Citibank MasterCard, I did not get any confirmation. The final page gave the error message \"Object reference not set to an instance of an object\".
I called Citibank and they confirmed the transaction of Rs 330/- with the reference number: 061865.
I tried to call the inox number 41128888 numerous times, but it is busy constantly.
I have already sent emails to contact@inox.co.in, bangalore@inox.co.in and eticketing@inox.co.in, but they have not replied.
This is absurd customer service and I just want them to refund the money to my card.
Yes. I got my money back. Raise a complaint in a new complaint using this portal and they will contact you for further details pertaining to booking.
Once you provide the details it gets refunded in 3 to 4 days.
