I was booking 6 tickets for the movie ISHKIYAN on Jan27, 2010 for SUNDAY Jan 31 show at 1:15PM at Inox Jayanagar, Bangalore. After entering all the details and my Credit Card info, it said "Page Cannot be Displayed".
My HSBC Credit Card was charged Rs.1290 but no ticket confirmation email or message came.
I was trying to book seat numbers C9,10,11,12,13,14.
After waiting for a while, i tried booking using Book My Show. And surprisingly BOOK MY SHOW was showing seat no. C9-14 available at Inox Jayanagar. So i booked those 6 seats again with my same HSBC Credit Card giving same e-mail id and phone no.
This time booking was successful and i got confirmation no. (83232) as well as SMS from Book My Show.
I have already sent emails to contact@inox.co.in, bangalore@inox.co.in and eticketing@inox.co.in, but they have not replied. Atleast an acknowledgment should come.
I want my Rs.1290 refunded back on my credit Card for the first unsuccessful booking i made through Inox Movies E-Ticketing site.
I support this complaint.
I faced same problem..I took three tickets in Mantri Square INOX..but the employee working in INOX has swapped my card twice so another 600 extra is deducted..til now they dint credit it..i had given complaint also..
Even i did get charged for which i didnt receive any conformation from them,for booking 2 tickets at mantri square!
