It has now been 10 working days since the refund should have been processed and I have not received the refund of $644.21. It has been four weeks since the incorrect transaction and I have been extremely patient with Indiaplaza considering the circumstances. I have never experienced such a long wait for a refund so I can only assume that Indiaplaza has not sent the refund and has been lying to me in its numerous correspondences.
