i am very sorry to say that the internet railway reservation services launched by railways are of no use for public...because when there is urgent reservation
needs to be done...the site gets hanged.

my situation here is that i have to go jammu urgently,so i decied to get a ticket for my self under tatkal kota--i check at night 180 seats were available..

but the tatkal timings are that u can only book after 8 AM.
so i wake up at 7 am
and i was waiting for the time.

as soon as clock tick 8 i tried login the website and was not working.

after 5 mints when i was able to log inside website all 180 tickets were gone...

i know that all dallas are responsible for that and employees of indian railways are also with them...just because we people are facing problems like that..

i am very sorry to say but india is a biggest corrupt country i have ever seen..

Complainant's Goal: TO DETECT THE FRAUND AND CORRUPT PEOPLE IN INDIAN RAILWAYS WEBSITE.

i am regular passenger of indian railway department.this is my
suggestion to the railway department that there should be some provision regarding "Railway Vaigon Fitness Supervission" So that the passanger may have safe and happy journey.

Like what i felt while travelin from
1-train No 12055 Jansatbdi express
from New Delhi to Dehradun
2- No Mobil/ laptop Charging Point is working in my Vagon No D5.
3- And there should be random checking for food Quality & Price .

IT WILL HELP TO PRIVENT INCONVINIANCE OF PASSENGER.

as i am regular passenger of railway department.this is my suggestion to the railway department that there should be some provision regarding the intimation of stations to the passengers...especially during night journey....i am wating for your reply regards sunny chopra
