To remind you on this, I have raised a request on 19th of Feb with request SR# C1-1688245​4755. And while calling today I found the request has been closed without any resolution. Can you update me why this has closed witout any resolution ? Has been a practice of idea people to extract money from costumer in anyway.

As per the below bill details , I received an inflated bill for the month of Feb -2014. While going through the bill , I found that the top-up service plan (activated on 31st ) has been deactivated somewhere in 6th of Feb 2014 without any request from my end. However I have given a request for deactivating the service on 14th with request no C1-1********34 . Can you please see how this top up plan as deactivated on 6th feb . And do the recalculation of this bill and send me updated bill , so that I can pay the bill amount.

As per the bill plan 1299/-, I have 5GB data free , which ended on 31st and on 31st I have activated the 750 GPRS plan (of 5gb free). And I have deactivated this 750 GPRS service on 14th Feb. So as per the prorated, I should be billed for 14 days for this 750 GPRS plan . However from the bill , I can see this 750 GPRS service has been stopped on 6th of Feb. So it something happening from back end or idea is doing some discrepancies to inflate the bill.

Please do the necessary calculation and send me the accurate bill , so that I can pay the bill. And please note until this problem get resolved my service should not be barded otherwise I will take necessary step for this.

However with my repeated request and several emails they are not responding and because of this they charged some late payment fine on the cureent month bill. Where is this resolution is pending with them.
