1. Three months back I took a new mobile connection (No: ********19)
2. I had been committed following things by the Idea representative.
(a) Initial Rs 500/- that I was giving at the time of filling form will be adjusted in my monthly bill.
(b) Connection will be activiated in 24 hours
3. The representative handed over the faulty SIM card.
4. Even though SIM card is never registered in the network I am continuously getting the monthly bills.
5. The initial money that I paid is adjusted against some one time payment that was not told.
6. I called customer care multiple times and nothing could be done.
7. Highly disappointed with IDEA Cellular.Neither I want to continue with IDEA nor I would recommend it to people around me.
