I have successfully recharged my Idea Net Setter 3G with Rs.199. But Still my internet is not working.Please look into the issue. my idea net setter no. is ********23.

I lost my idea net setter sim card, got duplicate from idea store for rs50 and recharged it for rs103 for 300MB to test. iam able get calls to this no but netsetter does not recognize this sim card. sim no ********94. customer care doesn't know abt the issue. great service IDEA. what an IDEA for IDEA business. I have perches Idea Net setter from pune (dage chock, chichwad) and this Net setter all about using Idea logo.
i have been using 2 months with IDEA Sim , then it was an error in Net setter . so i m go to IDEA gallery and they check my Net setter and he said to me this is not an IDEA Product.
and i have spent 2500 Rs. on this and bought it. and it was duplicate.
what should I do ? I think this is a big issue .. Please do the need full.
