From last more than 1 month i am trying to Activate DND on my idea number through idea portal. The request is submitted always and i always get the serial number through SMS and email with message that your request is submitted and will be processed in max 8 working days, but after some time on same day or sometime after some days, i always get another email and message saying that due to technical constraints we are not able to process your request.

I submitted the DND 9 times from March 6 to April 10 and always the same response is there. I am listing all the Serial number of the complaints:
