im Najir Husain ,Yesterday on (10th Nov, 2012) am done a Wrong recharge of 75rs on my idea number ********71 from GTB Nagar,Mumbai, Maharashtra. After that i got a message from Idea that your recharge is successful but I didn't get any talk time. I contact that customer care then they told me that talk to the retailer and he will help you. as per that i met my retailer and he told me that from his side recharge has done successfully so contact the customer care. I again speak the customer care number and they told me that you are done a wrong recharge and the money you will loss.
If i loss my money then where it was gone? No any customer care have giving me a proper answer for what happened to my Money.
If it's a wrong recharge how it got successful
In their recharge done message showing that PLAN F699. Idea. What was this plan?
If their is no any plan and no any talk time is available for RS75, then why they are not refund my money or why they don't give talk time for my money.
Please keep the value of customer and their money & time.
